They responded immediately to my initial email with a call back straight away. All the right questions were asked, and they helped me understand precisely what kind of survey was appropriate. I'm very detail orientated and it was an easy choice hiring H+R. Everything was made clear and great communication. The surveyor was very helpful, and was available to talk to whenever I called. Survey was thorough, and I feel confident going into the purchase our property. Highly recommended!

The report was extremely detailed and well set out with excellent photographs, which is very helpful for someone who is not an expert in the subject. The survey was conducted in a very professional and friendly way and Matt has been very generous with his time in talking it through and identifying priorities. The report is really helpful in allowing me to plan repairs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hutton + Rostron to anyone looking for a similar survey.
