H+R were pleased that the recently announced RICS London awards featured the heritage award for the refurbishment of The Old Curiosity Shop in (Covent Garden) London.  This famous building was comprehensively surveyed by H+R during the contract phase.  Congratulations to our long standing friends at Ayesa

 

Work commenced for the House of Annetta charity at 25 Princelet Street in Spitalfields. A splendid survivor typical of the area.  We were also gratified to see the large spread in the Shoreditch Estates Gazette featuring the Blossom Street revival and re-development scheme.  Every building in this scheme was extensively surveyed by H+R between 2019 and 2021

 

From the large to the very small, H+R enjoyed investigating the historic Ashburton Tea Kiosk and a London Transport canteen room

 

A great start has been made for King’s College London at their Champion Hill campus and we will soon be starting projects at UCL and Reading University.  Further afield, we have continued our successful involvement at Trafalgar Street Church in Hull, Queensferry Street – Edinburgh and on the Accrington Town Square project together with Lavenham Guildhall in Suffolk and the Red House in Aldeburgh
