A pleasant return to Cambridge to investigate some issues in the bell chamber of the University Church of Great St Mary’s was undertaken by Tim Hutton who is a keen campanologist. From the top of the tower his youthful exploits as a ‘night climber’ across the university roofscapes were re-lived
