How we work

At H+R, we focus on identifying the root causes of structural damage, rather than simply treating the symptoms. To help us achieve this, our team includes materials scientists and specialist surveyors, and we frequently work with reference laboratories and academics to get the most accurate information.

Our Manchester practice is led by Associate Director, Peter Bannister, who has over twenty-five years of property experience including a fellowship at the Institute of Specialist Surveyors and membership of the Property Care Association’s board of Independent Consultants.
