Legal services for architectural matters

Sadly, it is the case that disagreements and legal issues sometimes arise on issues surrounding recently built and heritage properties – we can help to resolve your dispute. Whether communication has broken down between two sides in a dispute or insurance claims, there is simply a need for an independent expert opinion, H+R are highly experienced in providing expert witness services to clients across the UK.

Our expert witness service can relate to damp or decay related problems, problems after fire and flood, building or condition surveys, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, remedial action, documentation and statutory approvals. We have a team of expert witness surveyors who hold extensive expertise of involvement in a full range of issues. This includes everything from the problems relating to the failure of tanking systems to the origin and age of dry rot infection for dispute resolution, and for insurers and loss adjusters.
